Recipe: Mint - Redux

500ml milk
300 ml double cream
3 egg yolks
100g sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 bunch mint leaves

Make custard with milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Let cool then whisk in the cream and add chopped mint leaves. Mix in the ice cream maker and enjoy.

Remarks: Oh hell yeah! Better than Mint v1.0, for mine...
